"Final day of school induction" by Reshma Ramachandran on 10/03/2021

This  morning I headed to the St.Mary's school with lot of happiness and a little bit of sadness as our school induction is going to end today. These two days all had bundle of memories and experiences which had never felt before. The school authories addressed us 'teachers', which generated a our of the world happiness within and a great sense of responsibility. We continued our school tour in the mrononh session and afternoon we interacted with the school principal as well as the headmaster and took group pictures with them. Later we clicked oru selfies in order to bottle up the memories we had there.

Till I enter into the school I was a student, in all aspects. But now Iam a teacher...a prospective teacher. Later it was studying for exams, practicing for youth festivals, dance music and what not...but now from the limelight to the back stage, arranging the Carmel day at school, doing makeup to the students for dance performances and giving them confidence to reduce the back stage tensions...this moment I realised I grew up from that 15 year old school kid to a teacher. Experiencing the same old school program days with a little twist in my role..And iam proud to say that iam a teacher by choice.
