"Maayamalavagoula" by Reshma Ramachandran 16/03/2021

Today morning two hours was taken by Ancy ma'am in which she taught us about a new educationalist, Maria Montessori. The hour was followed Maya ma'am.

During lunch break we saw our seniors doing their final touch ups for the next day's commission or external practical examination. I too helped them along with my friends to arrange their works and all, because the next year I too have to come go through the phase. 
I prayed to God that all the seniors go through their examination with flying colours. 

Afternoon we had our arts and asthetics class by Lakshmi ma'am. She taught us the basics of classical music. She taught us how to put taalam to the music. Later on she sang the 'Sa re GA ma ' and we repeated after her. 
The day ended with a musical note..

Till I enter into the school I was a student, in all aspects. But now Iam a teacher...a prospective teacher. Later it was studying for exams, practicing for youth festivals, dance music and what not...but now from the limelight to the back stage, arranging the Carmel day at school, doing makeup to the students for dance performances and giving them confidence to reduce the back stage tensions...this moment I realised I grew up from that 15 year old school kid to a teacher. Experiencing the same old school program days with a little twist in my role..And iam proud to say that iam a teacher by choice.
