School induction to St. Mary's Pattom #day1 by Reshma Ramachandran on 9/03/2021

An extraordinary day it was. Dressed in a white six yards of cloth, got into the bus and just like that... started my journey for a new episode in my b.ed days. 

Today was the very first day for school induction at St.Mary's school Pattom. Everyone maintained punctuality and we headed towards the school. Then we met the school headmaster and signed our attendance sheet. As per the instructions given by the headmaster, we took a mini tour of the school understanding its functions and noticing the infrastructural facilities it have. We took pictures and went through the school magazine. 

Around 11am, all of us had a tea from the the school canteen and again continued our school visit. All students met their respective subject tecahers from high school section. I met Sheela tecaher and susen teacher.

 They gave us insight about many things including content knowledge and the ways of teaching. A very informative session it was. 

After that, we had our lunch and took photos standing in front of the school's portico. Then we went to meet the headmaster again to sign the attandace and he asked about the visit and told us to visit the school museum tommorow. Due to model exams, students were not present in the school, we all missed the students.. apart from that, everything went quite amazing.
